All in-stock pieces will ship within 5 – 10 business days.
If you do not receive your tracking number within the estimated timeframe, or you wish to schedule an in-person fitting experience in Mumbai, please contact hi@diyadiya.studio or DM @diyajoukani on Instagram.
Made to Order
Garments listed as made to order are embroidered and stitched in limited quantities and typically ship within 2 weeks of an order being placed. For international orders outside Mumbai, India, please allow an additional week.
Shipment timelines can be affected due to production demands. Delays in shipment do not qualify for refunds.
For urgent requests (delivery required under 3 weeks), write to hi@diyadiya.studio or DM @diyajoukani. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but exceptions are limited.
Made-to-Measure
A custom piece from DiyaDiya is a bespoke garment cut to your exact measurements. This service is available across designs if you prefer a tailored fit instead of standard sizes (XS / S / M / L / XL).
Measurements required:
- Height
- Your regular size that you wear
- Chest
- Shoulders
- Waist (where you wear your pants)
- Hips

Bespoke
For fully bespoke customised pieces, please share your specifications (including reference images, sizing, and timeframe) via hi@diyadiya.studio or DM @diyajoukani.
Processing & Cancellation
NO CANCELLATIONS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once a label has been generated. If you contact us before label generation, we can update the address. Once a package is in transit, no changes can be made.
General Shipping
Shipping Costs: Shipping and tax estimates are available at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
P.O. Boxes: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, we will contact you for an alternative address, which may delay delivery.
Signature Required: Orders over $1,000 USD (or equivalent currency) require a signature upon delivery. Please monitor your tracking notifications to ensure a successful delivery.
International Shipping
International orders ship via DHL Express and generally deliver within 1–5 business days, subject to customs clearance.
DiyaDiya is not responsible for duties, taxes, or any additional charges on delivery, and cannot refund orders when duties remain unpaid.
Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped outside India may be subject to local taxes and import fees. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all such charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Shipping Protection (2% of your order total) can be added at checkout to cover loss, damage, or theft. If not purchased, DiyaDiya is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
